Welcome back to The Dota Clinic. This week we start to tackle a major obstacle for a lot of people. anxiety. This is Part 1 of a two part series focused on anxiety and what it does to a person. In this part of The Dota Clinic, Finch talks about why a person should embrace their anxiety and learn to tolerate it, rather then trying to escape it. He also discusses the major areas which are known to cause increases in anxiety.
Hopefully this information helps you to identify where the specific areas are that are causing yourself to feel anxious. Next week on Part 2, we will take a look at strategies and ways a person can reduce their levels of anxiety.
