This weeks episode of the continuation of our previous discussion on anxiety and how it effects people. Rather then trying to remove or avoid anxiety, a person needs to embrace the anxiety and learn how to cope with it.
In this video, I talk about some lifestyle choices people can make that make a person more resilient to anxiety. Additional I go over some easy to implement strategies that will help you regain control of your body during anxious moments.
